These terms apply to your use of the Biohealth Regenerative website and to the treatments, memberships and consultations we provide. By booking with us you agree to the terms set out below.

08 Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biohealth Regenerative is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding and protocol descriptions, is owned by Biohealth Regenerative and may not be reproduced without written permission.

06 Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled with at least 30 days' written notice.

Included treatments are allocated per calendar month, do not carry over unless stated, and are non-transferable between individuals.

05 Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to that appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service. Our therapies are elective wellness services and are generally not reimbursed by insurance.

04 Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Later cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service value.

We ask patients to arrive ten minutes early; late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled session.

03 Eligibility and Consent

Services are available to patients aged 18 and over, or to minors with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and complete health information. Withholding relevant medical history may affect your safety and may result in treatment being declined.
